MSM Examination Board

The MSM Examination Board aims to take a final decision and responds in writing within six (6) weeks after receipt of the written “motivated” reaction/request of the participant, unless the contents of the request demand or justify an earlier decision.

The MSM Examination Board may extend the decision period by at most four (4) weeks. Written notice of the extension will be provided to the participant, MSM Partner Institution, MSM Global Education Programs Officers and other Stakeholders. The MSM Examination Board may extend the decision period by at most four (4) weeks.

The possibility exists to appeal the final decision taken by the MSM Examination Board, (in writing) with the MSM Board of Appeal for Examinations. The term for lodging a “motivated” appeal is six (6) weeks, starting from the date the decision was announced. Participants can send their appeal to boardofappeal@msm.nl. Please be referred to the “Regulations of the MSM Board of Appeal for Examinations” and “Appeal Form” on the website of MSM under the section Board of Appeal, for more information regarding the jurisdiction of the Board of Appeal for Examinations.

EDUCATION AND EXAMINATION REGULATIONS (EER)
The Education and Examination Regulations (EER) are valid and apply to all participants enrolled in an MSM program for the duration of the academic year of 2020-2021, starting 1 October 2020 and ending 30 September 2021 and are reviewed annually.

The Education and Examination Regulations of 2019-2020 will be replaced by this Education and Examination Regulations of 2020-2021.

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that (s)he reads and understands these regulations fully and that (s)he complies with them and updates him/herself with those regulations for every new Academic year.
