Leading and managing organisational change processes
Change is a constant factor in today’s global business world. Organisations have to adapt to their external environment, but also make changes within their own structure. Organisational change requires a fundamentally different approach to organisational processes from the traditional approach of management. Managers have to decide on the direction of change and guide their organization through the transition process.
“My organisation is currently going through change. I wanted to help and guide this process by learning and acquiring the proper tools to deal with this context,. The programme was very informative, useful, and a fun way to learn more about this topic. The style of first learning the theoretical part and then putting it into practice aligned with my way of learning.”
Mrs. Andana Borcan (Romania) participant Change Management programme November 2024
