Leading and managing organisational change processes
Change is a constant factor in today’s global business world. Organisations have to adapt to their external environment, but also make changes within their own structure. Organisational change requires a fundamentally different approach to organisational processes from the traditional approach of management. Managers have to decide on the direction of change and guide their organization through the transition process.
“I wanted to develop my skills and knowledge to effectively manage organisational changes, adapt to market changes, implement new technologies and navigate changes in leadership. Furthermore, I wanted to advance my career and build a portfolio of skills in leadership, project management, communication, and strategic planning. And that is exactly what this programme has brought me.”
Mr. Yazan Shbeilat (Jordan) participant Change Management programme May 2023
This Change Management programme will help you to understand the rationale and objectives of organisational change and how to communicate these to the stakeholders involved. Furthermore, crucial for the success of the change process is to understand – and even more important, to handle the resistance factor at the start of the process. Incorporated is a personal management skills module which will guide you through the design process of an effective and successful change process for your organisation.
“I applied for this programme because Change Management, as a concept and activity to implement, is new in my organisation. As such the programme provided me with useful knowledge as I am entrusted with leading strategy in my organisation.”
