Designing and Managing Investment Projects
This fully online or blended programme enables you to develop the skills, knowledge and essential techniques for successful, cost-effective management of both large- and small-scale projects. Our interactive and practical programme will train you to become an effective project and people manager.

The ability to design and manage projects is a crucial skill for accessing funding in today’s global economy. Project managers are now expected to have a broad understanding of project design and management, including the basics of initiating, planning, implementing, and closing successful projects. They must also be multi-skilled to effectively tackle the challenges of modern private sector projects.
