14-04-2026

MSM has recently delivered two new modules as part of the Ecobank Ghana Executive Leadership Development Programme (ELDP), a 12-month interactive leadership journey for senior executives of Ecobank Ghana.

Following the earlier module on Sustainability and ESG Integration (read the previous news item here), the programme continues to build leadership capabilities aligned with the bank’s strategic ambitions.

The module Driving Organisational Culture and Collaboration, delivered by MSM faculty member Oliver Olson, focused on strengthening organisational culture and collaboration across functions. Key themes included building a high-performance culture, fostering teamwork, talent development and succession planning, as well as diversity, equity and inclusion.

In addition, Dr. Diederik de Boer delivered a module on Sustainability and ESG Integration, deepening participants’ understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting, sustainable banking models, climate risk, and social impact.

Together, these sessions support participants in translating strategy into practice, both in terms of organisational effectiveness and sustainable banking.

The ELDP is delivered in collaboration with Nova Business School Africa and combines in-person modules with mentoring and coaching throughout the programme.
