MSM delivers Strategic Execution & Data Analysis programme for Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority in Tanzania
From 23 to 27 March 2026, MSM delivered a custom-made executive programme on Strategic Execution & Data Analysis for professionals from the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA) in Tanzania.
This five half-day programme focused on translating Ngorongoro’s premium and ultra-premium strategic ambitions into operational reality. Combining conceptual clarity with practical application, the programme supported participants in converting strategic intent into clear priorities, measurable objectives and accountable ownership.
Each session was designed to balance theory and application. Through structured conceptual input and facilitated working sessions, participants directly applied frameworks to Ngorongoro’s organisational context. This hands-on approach enabled participants to strengthen their capabilities in strategy execution while reinforcing analytical thinking in decision-making processes.
The programme builds on an earlier custom-made training delivered by MSM in December 2025, which focused on Big Data Management and Data-Driven Decision Making. Together, these programmes form a complementary learning journey, supporting NCAA in strengthening both its data capabilities and its ability to execute strategy effectively.
