Getting to Know Alina, Inka and Gianluca
Let's meet: Alina Prapagic
With over a decade of experience in Higher Education and EdTech, I’ve taken on various commercial roles, including Client Success, Online Marketing, Leadership, Sales, Consultancy, and Student Recruitment. After earning my BBA in Romania, I discovered my passion for guiding others on their study-abroad journeys - blending my love for education, marketing, and international environments.
For the past three years at MSM, I’ve had an amazing journey, meeting highly motivated and skilled individuals daily. My core responsibility is advising potential applicants on their part-time study choices and career development, helping them make informed decisions about their future.
How do you like to spend your free time?
Beyond my professional role, I’m also a student in the Global Online MBA program myself! I love traveling, having deep conversations with friends, writing for my blog, exercising, watching musicals and theatre, playing board games, and reading fiction novels. My greatest passion is learning and development, and I’m always eager to discuss personal growth, the future of education, and AI.
What's a fun fact about you?
I find public speaking both terrifying and exhilarating at the same time! To challenge myself, I joined Toastmasters Maastricht, which has been a fantastic and educational experience.

Let's meet: Inka Diddens
Hi from Maastricht! So nice to be in touch with you! I am Inka, Recruitment Officer at MSM and originally from Germany. On a day to day base I am helping potential Full-time MBA students with all the questions along the application procedure. Since a few years I also took over the role of mentorship programme coordinator which is a great service for our Full-time MBA students to expand their professional network.
How do you like to spend your free time?
I love to spend time with my little family in Maastricht. The city gets very busy in the weekend so mostly trying to go to nature or out of the city centre to get some rest and grab a coffee. Also I am a real foodie so I can spend my whole day thinking about what to cook next. To stay in balance I do hot yoga or pilates and get my daily steps in.
What's a fun fact about you?
I never took Dutch classes but taught it myself by watching TV with subtitles and having Dutch friends. And I love to hop on a plane to Barcelona with my best friend on a regular base.

Let's meet: Gianluca Martinelli
I was born and raised in Italy until I was 19, then moved to the Netherlands to experience a new adventure. I started working in a pizzeria and, after 2 years of working full-time, I started studying International Business. I graduated in 2022 and immediately started my career as an Online Marketeer. Now I’ve been working at MSM for almost a year.
How do you like to spend your free time?
I love playing or watching football. Sport-related activities attract me a lot. If I don’t have football training, or if the season is over, I like to go for a run, or to the gym. Besides that, I love cooking. When I am home I enjoy trying out new recipes and sharing them with my girlfriend; we’re both food lovers. As already mentioned, I am a big football fan and a passionat AC Milan supporter. When I say big, I mean I often fly to Milan to watch matches if they play on a Saturday, just so can be back in time for my own match on Sunday. It’s usually less than 24h, but always worth it! I also love to travel, especially to sunny destinations. Being used to the Italian weather, living in the Netherlands can be quite challenging. So, whenever we can, we book a flight somewhere warm to relax and recharge.
What's a fun fact about you?
I hate doing nothing or lying on the couch. I prefer keeping myself busy so that by the end of the day, I can feel proud of having had a productive day.
