Directing your organisation
Strategy is often treated as an annual planning exercise that produces a polished slide deck but little real change. In practice, successful organisations approach strategy very differently. Strategy is about making choices and trade-offs and continuously aligning those choices with external opportunities and internal capabilities.
This programme takes a practical approach to strategic leadership. Participants explore how strategy is developed, tested, and implemented inside real organizations. The programme combines analytical frameworks with real executive experience to demonstrate how strategic thinking becomes embedded in day-to-day leadership decisions.
Through interactive sessions, real industry examples, and expert guest lectures, participants will learn how strategy moves from analysis to action. By the end of the programme, each participant will develop a personal strategic action plan that can be applied directly within their own organisation.
“Overall, it was a very enriching experience. What I appreciated most is that the programme went beyond theory and provided practical insights into strategic leadership, such as understanding the CEO’s agenda, the importance of organisational alignment, and how to apply strategic analysis tools in real situations.”
Ms Afaf Assass (Algeria) participant Leading Strategy programme April 2026.
“This experience was truly a blend of theory and practical insights, where every session added a new perspective on leadership, strategy, and execution. From strategic analysis and decision-making to aligning organisations with clear KPIs, the learning was very much relevant.”
Mr Saad Afzal (Pakistan) participant Leading Strategy programme April 2026.
