Azerbaijan MBA alumni return to MSM for reunion

MSM had the pleasure of welcoming a group of MBA alumni from Azerbaijan on 1 December 2025. These alumni represented various cohorts of the MBA programme jointly delivered by MSM and ADA University in Azerbaijan between 2013 and 2020.

Their visit to MSM’s former campus at Endepolsdomein brought back fond memories of their Maastricht Attachment during their MBA studies. They were also delighted to tour the Tapijnkazerne campus and experience the beautiful surroundings of MSM’s current location. In addition, general views regarding possible future cooperation were exchanged.

A dinner was organised for the alumni through the joint efforts of ADA University and MSM, with the support of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in the Netherlands. The event was honoured by the presence of H.E. Mammad Ahmadzada, Ambassador of Azerbaijan.

During the dinner, the alumni reflected on how much they had enjoyed their MBA experience and how the programme had supported their professional growth and transformed their careers. Prof. Diederik de Boer, Director MSM, Ms. Amy Wang, Director of Education MSM, and Mr. Oliver Olsen, MSM lecturer, also attended the event.
