Online Masterclass: Growing your career through personal leadership skills

08-12-2020

On Tuesday 8 December 2020 from 15.00 hrs – 16.00 hrs (CET), Hermina Kooyman - Deputy Director of Global Education Programs, Manager Enrollment and Career Services at MSM - will conduct a free online Masterclass on “Growing your career through personal leadership skills". This masterclass is part of an online Masterclass series during which experts will discuss different business areas.

About the online masterclass
Society in general made us believe leadership is associated with the person that is the most dominant, loudest, and/or often tallest person in the room. However, in reality, there are many forms of leadership, depending on the situation, the task, and the team. Learning to use the right leadership traits for the right situation can make a huge difference to the success or failure of the team, and therefore ultimately your career growth.

Learning to identify your personal leadership style, how to develop and apply this to a given situation, is crucial for a successful and sustainable career growth.

The free online Masterclass "Growing your career through Personal Leadership Skills", will provide you with an overview of how to recognize and develop personal leadership styles in different circumstances.  This masterclass is of interest for recent graduates entering the job market, employees working in teams or (potential) new managers who wish to deepen their understanding of their personal leadership style and increase their chances of success.

At the end of the Masterclass, you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
