About Dave Cass
Dave Cass is the Head of Instructional Design at MSM and teaches Leadership, Agile Methodoligies and Design Thinking.  He has worked worldwide leading teams for over 40 years in the aerospace and logistic sectors. He is a specialist in leading in Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) environments and has been involved in futures work to assist in policy making.
