Nuffic NESO Indonesia Online Learning series: Leadership in Crisis Masterclass

10-03-2021

On 10 March 2021 Dr. Stephanie Jones, Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior, will conduct a free online masterclass on "Leadership in Crisis".

The online masterclass is organized by Nuffic NESO Indonesia and provides Indonesian prospective students an extensive experience about online learning and classes of Dutch Higher Education Institutions.

About the online masterclass
This Leadership in Crisis Masterclass looks at the challenges of managing a team under the current pandemic and especially in the novel circumstances of working remotely. The pandemic has also accelerated the adoption of new technology - but this cannot replace the human interface. During the masterclass you will learn more about the implications for leaders in a faster-changing world, with examples of leaders around the world and how they are coping in their own way. Dr. Jones will also talk about the leadership challenges in dealing with workplace re-entry anxiety.

Could you be a leader in a crisis? What are your personal preferences? How do you lead? What do you want to achieve? What is a typical job specification for a crisis leader?
