MSM Graduation Ceremony 2022


The Ceremony will start at 14.00 hrs CEST and will end at 17.00 hrs CEST, followed by a dinner reception until 21.00 hrs CEST.

The most important part of the Ceremony is the awarding of the degrees and awards - the long-expected moment for our students. To celebrate this memorable moment, the Ceremony will be enriched with keynote addresses, graduate valedictory speeches and musical intermezzos. 

The Graduation Ceremony will be broadcast through a livestream, so graduates who cannot attend, as well as family and friends of graduates, and other guests can follow the ceremony online.

Key-note speaker

Alain Nkurikiye is an entrepreneur with more than 15 years of working experience in promoting private sector development and investment in Africa. He is the founder of Wajenzi, an investment marketplace allowing start-ups in Africa to raise money from individuals and financial institutions in Europe. His start-up has won several awards such as The Hague Innovator Challenge 2019. It was also mentioned in Forbes Magazine the same year as one of the start-ups to watch for.

Alain works as a consultant for several international organisations (UNFPA, IOM and ITC) and universities (Leiden University and Maastricht School of Management) on matters related to entrepreneurship, investment, and alternative finance in developing countries. Before that, he set up Business incubators and investment funds in Africa.

Alain holds an MBA from Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands. He is a certified professional in crowdfunding, microfinance and private equity.
