This fully online class-based programme enables you to develop the skills, knowledge and essential techniques for successful, cost-effective management of both large- and small-scale projects.

This format is designed for participants who benefit from structure, fixed deadlines, and learning with peers. You progress through the programme together with a cohort, combining group work, individual assignments, and live interaction with the trainer:
