Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the business landscape, making it imperative for leaders to harness its potential for strategic advantage. The "AI for Leaders: Harnessing AI for Strategic Advantage" is an online programme designed to equip executives, managers, and business leaders with the tools and knowledge needed to lead AI-driven transformations within their organisations.
Two different online formats to accommodate your needs:
Online Class-based 5 weeks + 1 week capstone project

A structured five-week programme in which a fixed group progresses through one module per week. Each module opens at the start of the week; participants work through the self-paced materials and then come together for a weekly 90-minute live online session at the end of the module week. The live sessions replace the asynchronous Case Spotlight and Social Learning components with facilitated discussion: a Q&A on the week's core concepts, a live case discussion, peer exchange in small groups, and "bring your own use case" slots where participants apply the material to challenges from their own organisations. Module assignment deadlines fall after each live session, so participants can sharpen their thinking in discussion before submitting. Live sessions are recorded, and all materials remain available in Canvas, so participants who miss a session can catch up without falling behind.

You can enrol at any time and complete the programme entirely at their own pace, with a maximum window of six months from enrolment. All five modules are available in the current Canvas format, including the full set of learning units, case spotlights, peer discussion boards, knowledge checks, and module assignments. This format suits busy executives who need full flexibility over when and how quickly they progress.
