Venny Darlis
Venny Darlis (Indonesia) is a lecturer in the Management Department at Andalas University, Indonesia. She delivers insightful teaching, conducts impactful research, and engages in meaningful community development. Furthermore, she publishes research findings in academic journals in financial management and entrepreneurship. She also provides advisory services for small/medium enterprises, non-profit organisations, and government agencies on financial planning and management.
She completed a Bachelor degree in Management from Andalas University, Indonesia. Subsequently, she earned a Master's degree in Risk Management at Monash University Australia, supported by APS (Australia Partnership Scholarship). Later, she finished a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management at Maastricht School of Management.
Her research interests lie in the field of entrepreneurial finance and sustainability. Her current research focuses on how Indonesian entrepreneurs overcome financial barriers to achieve long-term sustainability (across economic, social, and environmental dimensions), which in turn fosters resilience, enhances community well-being, and drives positive societal change.
