Effective Partnership Management Training

In 2013, MSM offered a tailor-made training on partnership management, project planning and performance management to managers in the Nebbi District Local Government in Uganda. The  training focused on:

• Organizing and planning projects which address how to develop systems to track the different NGOS, CBOs, Contractors and Service providers on what they are doing;
• Performance management whereby the focus is on training of trainers in among others the role of communities in monitoring  projects but also on the role of a contract management team;
• Training on the relations between the private and public sector in the implementation of service delivery by the district.
