Sixth International Workshop: Entrepreneurship, Culture, Finance and Economic Development

Social entrepreneurship has emerged as a global phenomenon and although there is a growing body of academic articles there remain some major challenges. For the continued development of the academic field, the debate and exchange of knowledge is crucial.

The Sixth International Workshop Entrepreneurship, Culture, Finance and Economic Development is specifically designed to facilitate high level and intense discussion and fruitful exchange between scholars involved in entrepreneurship research. The number of participants is limited in order to support strong individual participation and the development of social relations.

Venue: University of Cantabria, Avenida de los Castros s/n, 39005 Santander (Spain).

Entrepreneurship research keeps growing thanks to hundreds of academics around the world

Preceded by the first, held at the University of Caen, France, in June 2008, the second, held at the University of Cartagena, Spain, in June 2010, the third held in Belgium at the University of Namur, in June 2012, the fourth held in Austria at the Alpen-Adria University Klagenfurt, in July 2014, and the fifth held in Lyon at the University Lumière France, in June 2016, the Sixth Entrepreneurship, Culture, Finance and Economic Development Workshop will take place in Santander at the University of Cantabria in Spain.

Papers and presentations will be in English. All submitted proposals, taking the form of full papers preferably, or extended abstracts, will be peer reviewed prior to acceptance. Deadline for submission is March 15, 2018. Decisions will be made and announced by April 30, 2018.
