Good Leadership is essential in building an organization and manage organizational processes effectively. Leadership is of high importance to develop an organizational strategy and identify strategic options and deciding which resources will be allocated across the organization to achieve the set objectives.

MSM’s Leadership research addresses inter alia subjects such as effective leadership in challenging times. Designing organizational capacity assessment tools for enhanced leadership and management. Developing strategic development processes and leadership approaches in multinational companies.
