In today’s global, competitive and fast-changing world business schools face huge challenges. These challenges include being relevant, being up to date in technology, understanding shifting consumer (and learner) tastes, adopting to demographic shifts and still maintain financial sustainability.
At MSM, being at the forefront of transnational business school education for decades, we understand the need to continually innovate. In recent years this has lead us to an complete overhaul of our curriculum, of our MBA specializations, and of our role as networked school.
For instance, the MaastrichtMBA now includes exciting and high-impact specializations such as Sports Management and Healthcare Management to choose from, reflecting the growth in these industries worldwide and the need to educate managers in these industries.
In addition, from our growing portfolio of MSc programs in Management and Engineering with RWTH Aachen University, we created the option for students of the MBA in Maastricht to obtain a certificate as Chief Innovation Manager from RWTH Aachen as part of the MaastrichtMBA.
In 2014 MSM was recognized for its innovativeness and was a finalist for the AMBA Innovation Award.
