Leadership and Governance

The field of leadership and governance within management and business studies deals with strategic decision-making on the level of the individual and within the context of teams and institutions. It considers the individual and societal resources that are necessary for good leadership, and asks how leadership requirements differ between various domains and across various periods. It also considers the legal and organizational structures and constraints that are necessary for good governance and effective leadership, allow an organization or country to achieve its strategic goals.
