About the fair
The “i am not a tourist” Expat Fair is the biggest expat-oriented event in the Netherlands. And this year, for the third time, the fair is taking place in Eindhoven. The “i am not a tourist” Expat Fair Eindhoven, organized with the Holland Expat Center South, is a prime opportunity for the international community in the South of the Netherlands to get the low-down on life in the ‘low countries’.
On June 10th the historical VDMA area in Eindhoven’s city center will see 50 specialist exhibitors and more than 1,500 internationals come together to exchange information, find opportunities, orientation and business contacts.
There will be workshops on all sorts of topics: think employment & entrepreneurship, banking, tax and insurance, housing and education. Opportunities for internationals in the Netherlands and in particular to the Brainport region of Eindhoven will be highlighted, and experts will be on hand to give you one-to-one advice.
Jobs for Expats
A special theme at this year’s fair is: ‘Jobs for Expats’. The theme is designed for visitors who are pursuing an international career in the South of the Netherlands. Employers, experts and recruiters will be on hand to help expats wishing to build a professional network, continue their education, pursue their career or succeed as an entrepreneur.
Outside the VDMA building and at the Hub Eindhoven, the International Festival Eindhoven (IF) will take place for the third time. The IF will offer an international and colorful market with food, drinks, hand-made products like art and jewellery.
