Maastricht-Aachen’s Management and Engineering Students Graduate

17 May 2017

On 28 April 2017 the annual graduation ceremony of RWTH Aachen University International’s Academy was held. Among the graduates were students of the M.Sc. in Management and Engineering program (MME) that is offered in partnership with Maastricht School of Management.

Mr. Oliver Olson, MSM’s Director of Education congratulated all the students on their important accomplishment.  He went on to highlight the extra task that the MME students took on (compared to the Masters in Engineering graduates) by also having a semester of Management Studies at MSM.  According to Oliver, “Engineering is extremely difficult, but at least you can calculate the correct answer to most problems.  The management studies are perhaps even more difficult, since we cannot calculate exact answers to most management problems.  Instead, the goal of management education is to teach you to ask better questions”.

The M.Sc. in Management and Engineering programs combine RWTH Aachen University’s excellent reputation and top-faculty in engineering and MSM’s 65 years experience in high quality global management education. In total MSM and RWTH Aachen University offer five exciting and enriching Master of Science in Management and Engineering.
