Recently, the Dutch Ministry of Education has reviewed MSM’s Master-level program operations, conducted over the past years, concerning among other things accreditations. For the period of 2017-2019 the Maastricht-based Master of Arts in Management has been internationally accredited (AMBA) and in 2019 the program also received NVAO accreditation.
The Ministry concluded that NVAO accreditation should have been implemented in 2017 to fully comply with the Dutch law. This conclusion has no implications for the students who received their MSM Master in Management degree in the period 2017-2019, as the degrees issued in that period meet both the Dutch legal requirements and the AMBA accreditation requirements.
