Admissions Requirements
Candidates for the Global Distance MBA program should meet the following general admission requirements:
- At least three years work experience as a manager or policy maker
- At least a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or similar institution, or its equivalent
- In the event that applicants do not meet the minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree, they need to support their application with a score of at least 550 on the GMAT test
- Proficiency in English
Applicants, whose previous education has been in a language other than English, must submit evidence of proficiency in the English Language. The minimum criteria are the following:
TOEFL
88 internet-based test
230 computer-based test
570 paper-based test
or
IELTS score of 6.5
or
An equivalent standard on an alternative test.
Admission Procedure
The application form needs to be supported by the following authentication (if the documents mentioned below are not in English, a certified English translation must be attached):
- Certified copies of the relevant university degree(s);
- Transcripts of academic records, including the issuing institution's seal or stamp;
- Two referee report forms, completed, each signed and accompanied by a letter of recommendation from a person who is well acquainted with the candidate’s work and studies;
- Acceptable proof of proficiency in English, preferably a certificate from a British Council Office, a USA Embassy or TOEFL;
- An official GMAT score certificate with a score of at least 550 (required in the event that no bachelor's degree or equivalent higher qualification can be submitted);
- Proof of work experience (letter on official letterhead paper, signed by the employer);
- Proof of sufficient financial support;
- A copy of a valid passport, or, for EU citizens, a valid ID card
