The tailor-made training program ‘ICT and Marketing’ has been designed for the management staff of the Eastern Management Training Institute (ESAMI) in Tanzania with field offices in Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Swaziland and Uganda.
The overall objective of the training was to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ESAMI’s staff in the country offices as well as that of the senior staff involved in marketing at the institute’s Headquarters. As a direct follow-up, a core group of ESAMI received a hands-on training on proposal writing and tender management build around real life cases
