Leadership and Governance Training
Tanzania - 2005
This institutional strengthening training program consisted of in-depth training and coaching for the College of Business Education (CBE) senior staff members responsible for strategy, finance, research and teaching. In total 45 staff members of CBE have been trained in the following modules: Finance and Management Control Systems; Research and Consultancy skills; General Management skills; Training of Trainers. Furthermore 6 managers of CBE visited the Netherlands for an intensive training/study visit.
This group was trained in additional subject matters at MSM and was exposed to training institutes, management, teaching methods, competence based learning, vocational training, entrepreneurial training including traineeships in the Netherlands. The study tour was set up to inspire the Management in their role as change agents in the College of Business Education in Tanzania.
