The Maastricht School of Management designed a Tailor Made Training in Bhutan for a selected group of 12 participants working as principles of Vocational Training Institutes and several key staff of the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources (MOLHR).
Topics of the training are related to organizational culture aiming at improved performance of the Vocational Training Institutes (VTIs) with an emphasis on the influence of national culture on Human Resources Management. Skills classes are focused on HRM tools such as motivation, loyalty, job descriptions, performance appraisal, and recruitment. Furthermore, the training includes topics related to mass communication aiming at enhancing the reputation of Vocational Training Institutes in Bhutan.
