Hotel and Tourism Management

Cuba - 2000

In close cooperation with Formatur (Cuba), the Hoge Hotelschool Maastricht, MSM designed and implemented a special tailor made training for female managers in the Cuban Hotel and Tourism industry.

The objective of the training was to strengthen the management skills of the female managers in the field of hotel & tourism management, marketing, human resources management and training and teaching skills. The program was carried out in the Netherlands and included lectures, skills workshops, group and individual assignment and relevant field visits and individual internships in the Dutch Tourism Industry.
