Tanzania - 2008/2009

The Maastricht School of Management (MSM) in cooperation with Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) designed a tailor-made training with the aim to strengthen the capacity of the Immigration Department in Tanzania. The Immigration Department provides essential services to the public and private sectors, national and international organizations. Quality service delivery and good relations with customers are key issues in the Department and core topics of the requested tailor made training.

The MSM/ESAMI approach is based on making the training as practical as possible for the 20 selected participants aiming at application of knowledge whihc will develop not only the capacity of individuals within the workforce but further strengthen the capacity of the institution as a whole.
