Ms. Usha Bhandari, Senior Trainer, TITI Nepal expressed her experiences about the training as follows:
"
As a learner:
One more time, I found myself in the context which reoriented me with the philosophy of training for impact (not the training for activity). It was a wonderful experience to receive more recent information on new trends of training and education. Exchanging ideas and experiences among participants who were in reality very experienced teachers and trainers was a valuable experience for me.
As a trainer:
It was a great opportunity to work with renowned and experienced trainers/consultants, Miriam and Jeanette with whom I could share my experiences from training and education. Especially, I was very happy to share my experiences of evaluation and monitoring of training activities which I gathered not only from the theory but from the practical experiences as well.
Overall:
It was a great learning experience. Thanks to MSM and Nuffic for this opportunity. I anticipate more opportunities in future where I can contribute."
