As Supreme Audit Institution, the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK) plays a crucial role in improving the accountability and transparency of the Indonesian state finances. In today’s Indonesian context, this is a high-profile and politically sensitive position, even more because BPK is one of the three government institutions pioneering the Bureaucratic Reform Agenda.

BPK is in the process of organizational reform, as one of the organizations piloting the bureaucratic reform agenda. Enhancement of its operational performance is required, for which a reform of its core operational processes is required.
The tailor made training targets this internal process reform, providing the competencies and insights in various aspects of performance management, process mapping and organizational analysis and supporting in the re-design of business processes in the organization.

At BPK, the training operation will be guided by the Research and development department. The training targets a group of 25 professional staff from BPK, representing different sections of the organization.'
