Maastricht School of Management and the Netherlands Alumni Assocation of Nepal (NAAN) are organizing a Refresher Course on
‘Achieving Sustainable Business Results through Training’. The course is scheduled for May 15 – 26, 2011 and will take place in Kathmandu. The main objectives of this Refresher Course are to maximize impact of training provided by participants for their organization. This course emphasizes using training as a strategic tool so that sustainable business results are achieved.
The Refresher Course will go into the different phases of the training process, with a focus on proper needs assessment before going into the phase training design and training delivery.
